1. Where is the Beautiful Fit Studio?
The address is 9/453 Fullarton Rd, Highgate, behind the Highgate Chicken Shop. The studio is not directly on Fullarton Rd, but access is from Carlton Street for parking.
2. Can I bring children?
Children are welcome to the classes at 9.30am weekdays and 8am Saturday. There is a fenced off and gated children's play area. Children must stay in this area during class. They can be allowed with mum during class, but mum must directly supervise. Children cannot run around the studio during class or climb on equipment.
3. How many people are in each class?
The classes are capped at 18 people. Kick/Boxing is capped at 12 people
4. Can I change the days of the classes I attend each week?
Yes, all classes need a booking. Bookings are made using an app, and can be changed if needed.
5. Are the classes for any age and fitness level?
You must be over 16 years of age to attend. All fitness levels are welcome, and exercises can be adjusted for beginners and done with body weight if needed.
6. What if I have an injury?
In general we can work around an injury, but please discuss any injuries before signing the contract. You must have medical clearance from a doctor for any injuries.
7. How many classes/sessions do you recommend a week for best results?
We recommend 3-4 classes a week for optimum results.
8. Why do you want to talk to me first?
Our classes are not for everyone and by having a quick chat we can ascertain if we can help you.
