**Try our classes, $10 for 10 days **

  • All fitness levels are catered for and exercises can be adjusted as needed in all classes.  For classes it is recommended that you are able to move up & down from the floor with relative ease.  If you cannot do this you may need to consider 1-1 training.
  • We have members ranging from 15 to 74 years of age.
  • We specialise in helping beginners who haven't exercised for years.
  • Female only classes and mixed classes (male & female)
  • If you want a class where you are screamed at Bootcamp style, and pushed so hard you feel sick, then Beautiful Fit is NOT for you.  We have chatter and laughter during class, and it's a great way to start new friendships.
  • Classes are capped to 18 members - no overcrowding!
  • Access a Member's Only Facebook Group
  • Over 80 recipes provided, with breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack options.  Sample meal plans and shopping lists provided too.
  • ​Bookings are required for Beautiful Fit, and classes/sessions are booked using an app.
  • Memberships are set up as a regular direct debit each week on Monday, and are 6 months minimum. 
  • There is once off joining fee of $79, which includes your first InBody Scan, a cap/towel and a drink bottle.

​SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
The best way to have close access to a personal trainer without the cost of a 1-1 session.  Learn & perform exercises that cannot be done in larger classes.  5 people maximum per 45 minute session.

Burn & Tone - 45 minutes - Burn fat & tone up with this circuit style strength class.  Perform different exercises, some body weight and others using equipment. These are the best way to get fit and drop weight! 
Mixed B&T is for males & females.


Booty & Abs - 45 minutes - Burn & Tone class with a focus on the glutes and core.  A stronger core & glutes can improve posture and reduce back & neck pain.

Circuit Blast - Cardio & fat burning.  Burn up to 300 calories and get fit!

Express 30 - 30 minute Tabata style class - high intensity interval training designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness & torch calories. 4 minute blocks of exercise, 20 seconds on and then 10 seconds rest, repeated!

Stretch & Flex - Improve flexibility, balance, posture and mobility with 1 hour of stretching and relaxation.  Suitable for all fitness levels, exercises can always be modified to suit you and your needs. *Please bring a mat to use*

Pilates - 45 minutes of low impact exercise performed on a mat that works the whole body.  Particularly targets the abdominal muscles, lower back, hip and glutes.  Improve flexibility, strength, endurance, balance and body awareness. Suitable for all fitness levels. 10 people maximum per class.
