What you get:
A monthly program with 3 or 4 strength workouts a week. Generally new workouts are provided every 4 weeks.
Workout written will vary depending on progress, results, goals, injuries and time available. Workouts are provided as a PDF and emailed. Each exercise has a video to show correct form.
Workouts will be written depending on equipment available and whether at home or gym.
Habit based nutrition coaching to change habits with time. This is NOT a quick fix! We will look at your current eating habits and make small changes every 2-3 weeks. Education about how to build meals yourself, eating out, emotional eating, tips to be organised, PLUS more!
Over 80 recipes provided, with breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack options. Sample meal plans and shopping lists provided too.
Online training is specifically tailored for YOU and your goals. These are not 'cookie cutter' programs and workouts where everyone gets the same exercises.
For this reason, numbers are capped to 4 clients.
Packages start from $50 per week and are minimum 12 weeks.
